Official Rules

Eligibility:

  • Open to legal residents of the USA who are 21 years of age or older.
  • The contest is especially geared toward businesses and organizations that pour beverages remotely, such as breweries, bars, restaurants, event venues, stadiums, mobile bars, golf courses, wedding venues, and other hospitality-related businesses.
  • Giveaway is valid in the USA only.

Contest Timeline:

  • Entries Open: April 16, 2025
  • Submission Deadline: June 9, 2025
  • Winner Announced: June 13, 2025

Winner Selection:

  1. Video entries will be published on our website and on YouTube.
  2. The winner will be voted on by a group of Coldbreak employees and based on a combination of:
  • Number of views
  • Average view duration
  • Number of thumbs up or likes
  • Quality of video
  • Clarity and creativity of the intended use

Conditions:

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  • Winner will be responsible for shipping costs exceeding $300.
  • Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Employees of Coldbreak and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • By submitting your entry, you grant Coldbreak a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the submitted video for promotional purposes.
  • Entrants release Coldbreak from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
  • Coldbreak reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or interferes with the fair conduct of the giveaway.
  • The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
