Every once in a while we get a customer who calls and asks, "Does it come with a warranty?" While a pretty normal question, what they're really asking is, "What if your product sucks?" They're looking for (and deserve) the reassurance that our products are worth the investment—unlike other, cheaper, shortcut versions.
We know you're spending money on the very best and if our products fail, we aren't doing our job. The first breweries that approached us to build jockey boxes were tired of having issues in the field and wanted a better product. Today, thousands of Coldbreak® jockey boxes are being used at events, festivals, and catered parties all across the globe, and feedback from customers like you has allowed us to provide a product that we're proud of. We stand behind them and will take care of you.
In the rare event that your product fails due to a defect, we will repair it in our manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids, MI (made in the USA!) without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. If you go all MacGyver on it, the guys in the warehouse aren't going to be happy.
Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, improper use, improper cleaning, negligence, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use (i.e., the cooler). Trust us, we’ve seen and heard it all. Still, we're not going to leave you high and dry because we want our customers happy and looking good. Either way, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
