Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—new and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, forward us your original, electronic receipt; otherwise email us and please include 1) proof of purchase, and 2) the reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: When deciding to return an order, please be aware that a majority of our products are large, heavy, and expensive to ship. All shipping fees paid to the carrier (original and return) are deducted from the total refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us within 3 days if the item appears defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items / Hazmat
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example: special orders, custom products, and personalized items. We cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Products returned showing signs of use outside of their designated application will not be eligible for a refund. Please email us if you have questions or concerns about a unique return scenario.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to 1) request a return for the item you have (see above), and 2) make a new, separate purchase for the new item you’d like once your return is accepted.

We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that, depending on your financial institution or payment method, it can sometimes take up to one full billing cycle for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. As noted above, all shipping fees (original and return) will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee
To offset the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returned merchandise, regardless of the reason for return.
