We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—new and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If you change your mind about an order, that's okay, but all of the shipping fees we paid to the carrier (original and return) are deducted from the total refund amount. Please be aware that a majority of our products are large, heavy, and expensive to ship.

Restocking Fee

To offset the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returned merchandise, regardless of the reason for return.

Request a Return

To start a return, forward us your original, electronic receipt; otherwise email us and please include 1) proof of purchase, and 2) the reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us within 48 hours if the item appears defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We have a limited window to file damage claims with the carrier. Please go through your entire order, even if you don't see physical damage on our shipping box.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items / Hazmat

Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example:

  • Special orders, custom products, and personalized items. 
  • Hazardous materials or gases.
  • Products returned showing signs of use outside of their designated application will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  • Request a return for the item you have (see above)
  • Make a new, separate purchase for the new item you’d like once your return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that, depending on your financial institution or payment method, it can sometimes take up to one full billing cycle for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. As noted above, all shipping fees (original and return) will be deducted from your refund.

Return Authorization Period

Once you’ve requested a return and we’ve emailed you a prepaid shipping label, you have 30 days from the date that label is issued to ship the item back to us. If your package isn’t received within that 30-day window, your return authorization will automatically expire and we reserve the right to refuse your refund or exchange. To ensure a smooth process, please drop off your return as soon as your label arrives.
