*Important Note: When the coolers are manufactured, we do everything in our power to make sure the hinges are placed in the same spot. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean every one is identical. Most line up perfectly but your hinge holes may be slightly off. Do not force the screws into the holes or it will strip the insert. Returns will not be granted for improper installation.

Lid Wrap: We will use the artwork we have on file from your original order. Additional fees if you want to change the artwork. Turn around time is typically 3-5 business days.

Pro Tip: Have an ice dumping policy for your staff. 2 people minimum, so you don't damage the lid or be tempted to grab the lid as you dump the ice.
