Episode 2 of Mobile Bar Build kicks off with a cautionary tale: Brian’s unexpected trip to the ophthalmologist after a cloud of steel dust found its way past his safety glasses. It’s a reminder that in any build — even with decades of experience — safety gear matters.
With that behind them, the crew gets back to work, cutting out service windows on both sides of the trailer. This gives future bartenders the flexibility to serve in tight spaces or even from both sides at once. They also keep the front divider in place, creating two separate work zones for beer pouring and cocktail prep.
