A bold and bitter Italian cocktail with equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.

Gin: ~85 oz (10.5 cups / ~3.4 fifths)

Campari: ~85 oz (10.5 cups / ~3.4 fifths)

Sweet Vermouth: ~85 oz (10.5 cups / ~3.4 fifths)

Garnish: with an orange peel or slice

Final Volume: 256 oz (2 gallons)

Notes:

• For dilution, serve over ice, or add up to 20 oz of cold water to mimic stirring with ice if serving neat.
