General Information:
- Drop Shipping Eligibility: We offer drop shipping services for larger, more expensive items. Due to handling and cost factors, smaller items are not eligible for drop shipping.
- Inventory: We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels. However, due to the dynamic nature of our business, stock availability may change rapidly. We will notify you promptly if an ordered item is out of stock and offer alternative solutions, such as backordering or suggesting a similar product.
Requirements:
- UPS Shipping Account: A valid UPS shipping account number is required for all drop ship orders. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with your drop ship orders.
- Payment: We do not extend credit to drop ship customers. A valid credit card must be on file for all orders.
- Purchase Orders: Official purchase orders must be submitted for all drop ship orders. Your purchase order should include the following information:
- Your company name and contact information
- Billing and customer shipping addresses
- List of items being ordered (including product SKU or ID)
- Quantities of each item
Returns:
- Retailer Responsibility: Please be aware that as a drop shipper, you (the retailer) are responsible for handling all customer returns and exchanges for drop shipped items. This includes providing clear return instructions and a return policy on your website.
- Our Role: We will provide you with the necessary information (such as product details, packing slips, and invoices) to facilitate the return process. However, we will not be directly involved in processing customer returns or issuing refunds.
Additional Information:
- Drop Shipping Fees: Please note that additional drop shipping fees may apply depending on the size, weight, and value of the order. We will provide you with a quote for the drop shipping fee upon receiving your purchase order.
- Order Processing: We will process your drop ship order within 2 business days after receiving your purchase order and verifying payment.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
