1-Tap Jockey Box

We have recently started a tap truck business and used Coldbreak for all of our gear. The four tap system was delivered quickly and was packaged to perfection.
The instructions were thorough and all the pieces were easy to understand and assemble. Everything is top quality, and we know it will last for years. Customer service is on point. We were rushing to get ready for a festival and decided to purchase the two headed tap jockey box. We are a brand new brewery and admittedly don’t have the expertise of many others out there so we relied on the advice of staff at Coldbreak. We attended the festival and the equipment worked flawlessly. These days you can buy anything just about anywhere but you never know what type of customer service you are going to receive. With Coldbreak it was nice to get an immediate response to our questions and follow up emails on our status. That’s how it should be done. I wanted to let someone know about our first experience using one of your jockey boxes. We had ordered one of the stainless ones with 4 taps on it. We went to a beer/bbq tasting event just recently, and I have to say I am SOOOO happy with your jockey box!!! Your jockey box was made far superior to all other ones we’ve tried, and it poured perfectly!!! The entire event went without a hitch, and now leaves us confident to get out there again, and even catering beer services at private events knowing we will have a great working dispenser, so we can focus on the engagement with the customers and marketing our products. We purchased a 2-tap jockey box and it has been instrumental to our business growth. We decided to go with Coldbreak although there is a local vendor because 1) The educational videos (under Resources in their website) ranging from cleaning a jockey box to a deep dive on draft systems and 2) The fact that 50 feet of cooling coil is really enough for our volume (local options were 120 ft). The quality of the components stands out and will last you a life time if cared properly. Lastly, Chris has been very resourceful when it comes to providing technical support and guidance. We are dispensing a drink that has different properties than beer so there were a lot of unknowns for us. Overall, we are very happy with our jockey box to the point that we want to upgrade to a 4-tap configuration. I highly recommend these guys!
