PRODUCTION TIMELINE
STAGE 1 - Design and Install
- Use one of our templates to design your jockey box wrap. Please contact us if you need a template in a different file format. Do not submit logos. All artwork needs to be on our template.
- If you need help designing your wrap, please reach out to us.
- Once you submit your artwork we will send you a proof via email in 2-3 business days. That proof must be approved in writing (email). Your order will then be scheduled for production (up to 5 business days).

Vinyl wraps will take 5 business days to print and install once artwork has been approved (not the day you ordered). We will send a proof via email before anything is put into production.
STAGE 2 - Manufacturing
Once your cooler is wrapped we will turn it into a jockey box. This process is fairly quick and only takes 1 business day.
STAGE 3 - Shipping
Ground shipping can take 1-4 business days depending on your location. All of our jockey boxes ship from Michigan. If you require faster service, there are other shipping options available during checkout or we can send an invoice for faster shipping.
Production Timeline Example
I. Artwork design/approval 1-3 business days
II. Install up to 5 business days
III. Manufacturing 1 business day
IV. Shipping 1-4 business days
Minimum = 8 business days Max = 13 business days
Additional Info
- If you have an event coming up that you are purchasing your custom jockey boxes for please relay that date to us.
- Any delays in communication will delay your jockey box.
- Any delays in artwork will delay your jockey box.
