Dark Rum: 1 half-gallon (64 oz)

Rhum Agricole: 1 half-gallon (64 oz)

Orange Curaçao: 32 oz (4 cups)

Lime Juice: 48 oz (6 cups)

Orgeat Syrup: 32 oz (4 cups)

Final Volume: 256 oz (2 gallons)

What is Rhum Agricole? a style of rum that is crafted primarily in the French-speaking Caribbean islands, most notably Martinique, under strict regulations. Unlike most rums made from molasses (a byproduct of sugar production), rhum agricole is made directly from fresh sugarcane juice, giving it a distinct flavor profile.

Notes:

  • Pour over crushed ice in glasses and garnish with fresh mint sprigs and lime wheels for a tropical touch.
  • Adjust lime juice for tartness or simple syrup for sweetness as needed.
