This fiery tropical margarita balances smooth tequila and bright limewith juicy pineapple sweetness. A jalapeño kick adds just the right amount of heat, while a Tajin rim and pineapple garnish make every sip pop. Bold, refreshing, and unforgettable — this margarita brings the fiesta.

Tequila: 1/2 Gallon, Blanco or Reposado

  • Fresh jalapeños (3–4 sliced, seeds optional) → infuse into tequila for at least 1–2 hours before batching

Lime Juice: 16 oz (2 cups)

Pineapple Juice: 32 oz (4 cups)

Orange Liqueur: 16 oz (2 cups)

  • Cointreau or Tripple Sec

Simple Syrup: 16 oz (adjust to taste)

Soda Water: 3 L

Garnish: Sliced serrano peppers and Tajín chili salt

Final Volume: ~1.8 gallons
