Mimosa

A classic Mimosa is usually a 1:1 ratio of champagne and juice, but you can adjust the proportions for taste preferences—add more champagne for a drier drink or more orange juice for a sweeter, fruitier flavor.

Champagne: 128 oz (16 cups / 1 gallon / ~5 bottles of 750ml)

  • Alt Option: (2) Boxes of a dry white wine (6 L).
  • Put under CO2 pressure will carbonate in 24 hours.

Juice: 128 oz (16 cups / 1 gallon)

Garnish: with a slice of orange or a strawberry.

Final Volume: 256 oz (2 gallons)

Notes:

  • Feel free to experiment with the ratio to match your guests' preferences—use 2 parts champagne to 1 part orange juice for a bolder champagne flavor, or the reverse for a fruit-forward drink.
  • Pour into champagne flutes or glasses.
