INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar
- 1–2 teaspoons orange blossom water (or rose water)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon almond extract (for extra flavor)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon brandy (for preservation and depth)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat Almond Milk and Sugar: In a small saucepan, combine the almond milk and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is fully dissolved. Do not boil.
- Add Flavorings: Remove the pan from heat and stir in the orange blossom water (or rose water). Add almond extract and brandy if using.
- Cool and Store: Let the syrup cool completely, then pour it into a clean, airtight container or bottle. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
