A simple and customizable recipe for making your own flavored seltzer. Perfect for enjoying as is or using as a base for mocktails and cocktails.
Spring Water: ~2 gallons (250 oz)
Natural Flavor: 4 oz (½ cup)
Instructions:
- Add 2 gallons of chilled spring water to your keg.
- Stir in 4 oz of your preferred natural flavor.
- Pressurize the keg with CO2 and refrigerate for 24 hours. The CO2 will absorb into the water, creating a refreshing, carbonated non-alcoholic drink.
